Rates—Room rates vary seasonally and holiday rates may be higher. An occupany tax of 7% will be added to the quoted rate.

Winter Rates effective November 18, 2011
The rates quoted are the minimum charge and apply for up to four persons. There is an extra charge of $25.00 per person over four, up to a maximum of six persons. Winter weekend (Friday/Saturday) or holiday reservations require a minimum stay of 2 days. A discount of 10% will be made for stays of 3 or more nights.

Check-in/Checkout—Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 11:00 a.m. We may be able to accommodate early check-in and late checkout. Please let us know if you need to make special arrangements.

Payment Policy—At least one guest must be 21 years of age or older and will be considered the responsible party. We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you make your reservation online you will be prompted to enter your credit card information and your rooms will be guaranteed immediately. You will receive a confirmation notice once your credit card transaction has been processed (allow 24 hours). You may also phone your credit card information to us. Separate from your confirmation you will receive an email from us with check-in instructions and a registration form. We cannot guarantee your rooms until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy—There is a $20 processing fee on all cancellations. Please provide 7 days' notice for a full refund less the $20 fee. If less than 7 days' notice is provided we will refund your deposit, less the $20 fee, if we are able to rebook the room.
